Terms and conditions
- Maximum Trip duration is 24 hours
- Group Definition: Registered Customers of the masterpolicy holder booking the bus tickets on the master policy holder platforms.
- Trip is defined as the Bus journey i.e. The duration between boarding the bus and de-boarding from the bus at destination for which the bus ticket was purchased.
- Except Trip cancellation, for any other cover to trigger proximate cause should occur whilst on the trip.
- Loss of Baggage and Personal Effects is covered only if the same has been lost during the bus journey and not otherwise and FIR and the bus ticket is mandatory.
- This Policy is not applicable for the Bus hire or Bus booked for any personal use.
- Trip Cancellation will be allowed only at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure.
