1. There are no documents required for cancelling the ticket and getting the refund amount. This is a 100% no questions asked refund policy.
2. 100% of your ticket value (airfare only) would be refunded to you. Refund excludes convenience fee, Free Cancellation Premium or any other charge apart from Airfare.
3. Refund will be done instantly in the source account, as soon as confirmation of cancellation is received from the Airline.
4. If the flight gets cancelled by the operator 24 hours prior to departure time, then the Free Cancellation premium will be refunded.
   For the customers booking within a window of 8 hours to 27 hours of departure and before 6 hours of departure if the operator cancels the flight then the Free Cancellation premium will be refunded.
5. The company will reimburse the ticket amount (airfare only) for trips that are cancelled through Paytm. Any user directly cancelling with the airline will not be covered under Free Cancellation and airline cancellation policy will be applicable.

8. The offering is available only on selected flights booked on Paytm.
9. Free Cancellation does not apply to flight modifications. However, you can cancel the ticket and avail the benefits of Free Cancellation and book again.
   For the bucket, 8 hours to 27 hours prior to departure if the operator modifies the departure time then the original scheduled departure will be considered for the claim.
10. The company will not be liable to reimburse any other cost incurred by the beneficiary due to this cancellation apart from the Airfare amount.
11. Paytm shall not be liable for refund on cancellations arising due to Force Majeure events
