Terms & Conditions
Overview:
Free Cancellation product has three variants:Classic, Flex and Plus
  1. Classic: Users can cancel the ticket for FREE without paying any cancellation charges and get 100% refund
  2. Flex: Users can reschedule the ticket for FREE without paying any rescheduling charges
  3. Plus: User can either cancel the ticket to get 100% airfare refund or reschedule the ticket for FREE without paying any rescheduling charges
Detailed conditions for eligibility of claims under Free Cancellation:
  1. Cancellation/Rescheduling should be done via Paytm platform only. Any user directly canceling with the airline will not be covered under Free Cancellation and airline cancellation policy will be applicable.
  2. In case of cancellation, refund would only consist of airfare, refund would exclude convenience fee, Free Cancellation premium or any other charges apart from Airfare
  3. Free Rescheduling ensures that no rescheduling charges are levied, any fare difference in the rescheduled flight should be borne by the user.
  4. Any refund will be done instantly in the source account, as soon as confirmation of cancellation is received from the Airline
  5. User can either cancel or reschedule the ticket, and it’ll be allowed only once
  6. Claim window is dependent on difference between booking & departure time as below

    More than 27 hours At least 24 hours before departure
    Less than 27 hours At least 6 hours before departure
  8. The customer will abide by the terms and conditions laid down herewith and any other condition prescribed by One97 Communications Limited from time to time in fulfillment of its objective of serving
  9. The company will not be liable to reimburse any other cost incurred by the beneficiary due to this cancellation apart from the Airfare amount.
  10. Paytm shall not be liable for refund on cancellations arising due to Force Majeure events
