Depending on Booking Status, respective Claim Window would be applicable:

No documents are required for canceling the ticket and getting the refund amount. This is a 100% no-questions-asked refund policy
To claim the refund, the user needs to cancel the booking from the Paytm Platform
The refund amount will include only the train ticket fare
An instant Refund of the train ticket fare will be initiated when the cancellation confirmation from IRCTC is received
The offering is available only on selected trains booked on Paytm
In any Force Majeure condition, Paytm is not liable for any claims.
