If I have attached the Free Cancellation product to my booking under Travel Pass but have not canceled the
ticket, will my benefit be reinstated?
Benefits once used will not be reinstated. Attaching Free Cancellation during the ticket purchase journey
implies that the benefit is being consumed. Similar conditions apply to other benefits as well.
Can I use the Travel Pass for international flights?
No, the Travel Pass benefits are currently applicable only for domestic flight bookings.
How do I activate my Travel Pass benefits?
Once you've purchased the Travel Pass, it's auto-activated. During flight bookings, all eligible benefits
are applied by default if opted-in.
Can I opt out of using Travel Pass benefits?
Yes, you can opt-out during the booking process if you do not wish to use the benefits for a specific
booking. The default setting on the review page is opted-in, which can be turned off by users.
Can I partially use Travel Pass benefits?
No, partial selection of benefits is not allowed. If opted-in, all available benefits will be applied to the
