Paytm Travel Pass – Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

1. The Paytm Travel Pass is valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
2. The pass can only be purchased through the Paytm app (available on Android and iOS) under the Flights section.
3. The subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Benefits apply exclusively to domestic flight bookings made via Paytm.

Benefit Usage

1. Users will get the following benefits under Travel Pass:
   • 4 units of Free Cancellation
   • 4 units of Flat Rs. 150 off on seat selection
   • 4 units of Travel Insurance
2. Users cannot partially apply for Travel Pass benefits. Opting in applies to all eligible benefits.
3. All benefits are automatically opted-in during the booking process.
4. Free Cancellation and Free Rescheduling benefits are subject to existing policies, detailed here.
5. Free Cancellation and Free Rescheduling will be available on selected flights only. In case Free Cancellation or Free Rescheduling product is not offered by Paytm on the flight then other Travel Pass benefits will also not apply.

Restrictions

1. Unused benefits expire at the end of the subscription period and do not roll over.
2. Misuse or fraudulent use of the Travel Pass will result in its cancellation without refund.
3. Paytm reserves the right to modify or terminate the Travel Pass program without prior notice.
4. In case of any Force Majeure event, Paytm will not be liable for any claim.
5. Paytm's liability would be limited only to the ticket price of the transaction.
6. The subscription is governed by Indian laws, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
7. Free Cancellation will not available on flights more than 120 days from the booking date and flights less than 6 hours from the booking time.
